I have my grandmother's fountain pen which was purchased in the early 1900's. I'm looking for instructions on filling. Anyone familiar with one that the top unscrews and a cylinder extends out from the nib?

If a tube indeed, extends from under the nib, you have a sheaffer Snorkel which started production in the 50's.
