Posted: Jan 28, 2010 08:05:47 AM Yuri, I am not at home, so I don't have my reference materials, but there are several clues. 1. It is a balance style. 2. the triumph nib started ca. 1942 3. The clip design is circa 44-45 4. The 1250 indicates an original selling price of $12.50. I don't recall the reason for top and bottom white dots, but I suspect if there are two white dots, this pen is not completely original. It may be a marriage of two pens. I will spend a bit of time in my reference materials tonight. Randy

Posted: Feb 01, 2010 11:17:14 PM It is balance shaped but, the balance ended in 1941. Cliff is right in that this is two pens as they was no factory need to double white dot the pen, it should only have one white dot. The barrel is earlier than the cap as they were barrel marked in the early 40's and cap marked in the late 40's. Roger W.
