Posted: Jun 16, 2009 11:42:15 AM | Glen, most likely the pen does need cleaning. If you have a converter, it is easy, if you only have cartridges, it is a bit harder. You can mix a liquid cleaner like fantastic or 409, etc, with some water and pull into the converter, and flush the feed. Do this several times. If you have to use a cartridge, take an old cartridge, fill it using a syringe,with the above, and squeeze the cartridge, forcing the cleaning solution through the feed. This should take care of your problem Randy |

Posted: Jun 23, 2009 11:39:46 PM | You can try just flushing the feed section ( the black ribbed part behind the nib) under a stream of cool running water from your sink. Then carefully dry the feed by wrapping a clean paper towel around it and gently squeezing it. |
